Shopping with GRID31

These terms apply to purchases through grid31.com. Contact support@grid31.com or write to GRID31, 4170 Bradstone Trace NW, Lilburn, GA 30047, United States. Read these terms together with our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy.

Products and orders

Our products are fashion and dress-up costumes, not protective motorsport equipment. Review the description, size guide, selected size, quantity and delivery address before placing your order. Screen settings may affect displayed colours, but products must conform to their description. GRID31 is independent and is not affiliated with Formula 1 or any racing team.

Prices and payment

The price, currency, applicable discounts, shipping and taxes collected by us are shown before you complete checkout. Payment must be authorized before dispatch. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and refund the amount due; we will not substitute products or increase the agreed price without your agreement.

Shipping

All orders ship within 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Dispatch is not delivery. Standard shipping is free; express shipping is US$6.45. See our shipping policy for destinations and delivery information.

Final sales and protected rights

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, sales are final and we do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds. Faulty, damaged, incorrect, misdescribed or undelivered goods and mandatory cancellation rights are covered by our refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Customer support and disputes

Please contact support@grid31.com with your order number if a problem arises so we can investigate. We may provide accurate order, communication and fulfillment records to payment providers when responding to a dispute, in accordance with our privacy policy. These terms do not prohibit chargebacks or waive payment-provider or legal rights.

Website use and updates

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, or submit false payment information. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; the terms in effect when you placed an order apply to that order, subject to mandatory law.
