Dispatch within 2 business days

All orders are shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. This is the dispatch timeframe, not a promise of delivery within 2 business days.

Shipping options

• Standard shipping: free on every order.
• Express shipping: US$6.45 per order.

Choose your available shipping option at checkout. Local-currency prices, where offered, are shown at checkout. Delivery time depends on destination and service; any delivery estimate is separate from the dispatch timeframe. Express shipping does not change the 2-business-day dispatch timeframe.

Where we ship

We ship to eligible European destinations, excluding Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Turkey. We also ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Mexico. Shipping availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

Delivery support

Please check your delivery address before ordering and contact support@grid31.com promptly about corrections, delays, missing parcels or damage. We will investigate delivery problems and provide any remedy required by law. We do not guarantee delivery by Halloween or another event date unless expressly stated for your order.

Any applicable taxes or duties collected by us are shown at checkout. Cross-border orders may be subject to import charges imposed by your destination, where legally payable by you. Our refund policy explains final-sale terms and protected consumer rights.
